Right since its establishment in 1992, Mario Fernandes & Associates have been recognized as one of the main pillars for real estate growth in Goa. Mario Fernandes, after completing his professional studies from Goa College of Engineering in the year 1989, worked with Kamat Constructions, the leading Developers in Goa. During his three year stint with Kamat Constructions, he learnt the practical way of doing good, strong and durable constructions.

In 1992, Mr. Mario Fernandes together with Mr. Shyam D'souza started a partnership firm Ms SOUZA & FERNANDES ESTATE DEVELOPERS. From 1992 to 2000, the following projects were completed :
